Classes Start January 2022!

The CDC’s Lifestyle Change Program has proven to cut that risk in half.  

R&S will be offering the National Diabetes Prevention Program starting January 2022 for qualifying individuals with prediabetes or at high risk for type 2 diabetes (family history of type 2 diabetes, personal history of high blood pressure, sedentary lifestyle, overweight, etc.).  

The 12-month program will be focused on equipping participants with the skills and tools necessary to build new and healthy lifelong habits. 

Diabetes self-management education and support (DSMES) provides an evidence-based foundation to empower people with diabetes to navigate self-management decisions and activities.1 This is a proven program is free to original Medicare covers the service at zero cost to the patient.
